Child account: mature rated game disappeared

I recently purchased Blade and Sorcery: Nomad for both of my children. The game is rated M 17+ but I have approved the game and everything was working fine.

one of my sons added so many mods to the game that it kept freezing so I suggested that he delete the game and reinstall it. However, it was no longer appearing in his library to download again. When he searched the store, nothing would come up.

Weeks go by and he’s still trying to find it. He found that it was in his blocked list, he created a passcode and unblocked it. But it still doesn’t show up anywhere.

I am unable to gift it to him again, as it shows from my end that he has the game. No settings were changed from me. We are both not sure how to find the game. I’ve looked up tutorials on how to restore games but they don’t work.

he has also tried looking for a different game that was rated M17+ that also doesn’t show up in the store.

how can we find this game again that was already purchased and download it? Or how can we change any necessary settings to fix the problem?

Ask your son to see if he can access and manage the game from this link while logged in to the Meta Store on that page with his Meta account (he may also need to make sure the correct country is selected). Note: the search bar in the game store is not very smart and often requires the exact name of the game to be typed in, so searching just for "nomad", etc, might not even find the game.

If the child account is 10-12 yo, then you are out of luck, I think 17+ games would not be allowed even if a parent consented. If they are 13+, I would expect a parent could give permission if the account is parentally supervised, but I haven't tested this (my daughter is still on a 10-12 yo account).
