Yep. I originally set up this thread right when the Meta Quest 3 launched. Many Tech support staff and forum staff have acted like they were going to get something done or at least find answers and as you can see, at the end of the day, they simply do not care. They have your money and have no interest in protecting your children from playing with strangers. They only care about making sure that they cannot interact with their trusted friends and family. Meta has dropped the ball and even with all of the folks in here pleading for help. They have sealed themselves in their bank vault and shut their ears to their most important financial demographic, (families with multiple users, buying multiple headsets, and buying multiple games) My son, and I am sure many thousands of other kids who have headsets would have had parents spending tons of money on games and apps to interact with their children, and I am willing to bet that thousands of others, like my son, now do not even want to play the headset because of the bullying, bad language, and sexual conduct from the strangers they are forced to play with. Meta's answer to playing with strangers, has been "monitor your child's game play and report issues" We cannot monitor gameplay because child accounts are also locked out of broadcasting, we have no way to watch what our children play. and as far as reporting, we would have to yank the headset off their heads, figure out who was saying the offensive stuff, and then get on our computers or phones and send a message to Meta. Seriously? this is the solution, maybe someday if meta reads the messages, they may take action on these specific people? What a joke. META LEAVING US OUT IN THE COLD ON THIS ISSUE IS COSTING YOU A LOT OF MONEY THAT COULD BE SPENT BY PARENTS PLAYING WITH THEIR KIDS!
