Controllers don't align with baseball/golf apps

In my Win Reality baseball app I am unable to get the bat aligned with the controller - it is slightly off.  On the Golf + app the controller has you gripping the club about midway down on the golf club instead of where it has been at the end of the club.  I have un-paired and re-paired the controllers and have restarted the headset.  Next step for me is factory reset.  Has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you resolve?  Thanks.

    Hey there, brian.heagney.7

We would love to help you get into the swing of things in Reality baseball and Golf+.

Before performing a factory reset we will list some troubleshooting options below which will hopefully be able to help. In addition it would be worth checking the in game settings for any sort of controller calibration options.

    1. Make sure the play area is suitable and free of anything that may interfere with tracking

    - Check the area is well lit, with enough light to see clearly, but no direct sunlight

    - Check the area is free of small lights such as Christmas lights, or LED strips

    - Check the area is free of reflective surfaces such as mirrors, glass, or polished marble

    2. Make sure there are no obstructions between the tracking cameras and the controllers

    - Make sure the tracking cameras are clean. If they need to be cleaned, follow the maintenance and care guidelines

    - Remove unsupported third-party accessories that may affect tracking or controller detection. For example: controller and headset covers, controller attachments, etc.

    3. Finally reset the controllers.

    • Use the correct button combination to start the factory reset process.
      • Right: Hold the A button and tap the Home (Meta logo) button 5 times.
      • Left: Hold the X button and tap the Menu button 5 times.
    • The LED will blink orange/white while the factory reset is being performed.
    • The LED will then change to light-blue during boot.
    • Controllers can be used again as normal once boot completes.

    • Remove the battery from the controller for at least 30 seconds
    • Unpair and pair again the controller to the headset

We hope these steps can help you be able to fully enjoy your games. If you are still encountering difficulties please do not hesitate to drop us a PM.
