Coupon Price Not Applied

I just picked up SimplePlanes VR and noticed something weird. The checkout showed $6.99 with the TAKE30 coupon applied, but I ended up getting charged $9.99.

Did anyone else have this happen?

    I reached out to Meta Support, and they refunded me promptly. So the issue is resolved, but I’d still suggest taking a screenshot at checkout and double-checking your receipt, just in case.

    I guess, you waited too long to buy😉

    The code TAKE30 is no longer valid.

    The "End of Summer" offers for which the code could be redeemed ended on September 1st.

    Just so you know, the discount was only valid from  August 28th to September 1st. During this period, you were able to enjoy a 30% discount on eligible games in the Meta Horizon Store using the promotion code "TAKE30".

  • Reason I’m posting is to make you aware that the price shown at checkout with a coupon or discount may not always match what you’re charged. Best to take a screenshot of the checkout page and compare it to your receipt, just to be safe.
