Daily Rewards not being awarded the points (Meta Horizon App)

In the last week all the Quest I do don't get rewarded with points, I'm glad to see it's a issue that a bunch of us are experiencing. Hope they fix it soon because updating the app, login off than logging in, forcing the app to stop etc, DID NOTHING. Mean while we are doing TASKS that benefit them FINANCIALLY like sharing, joining worlds and having to spend time there. We need this FIXED ASAP! The rewards have a limited time to redeem, it's just unfair and false advertising.

    Seems like they fixed it and gave all the points , it took some time but i would considera this one solvente, but be aware, rewards points may take some time to be rewarded who knows, sometimes now I have to go back and into quest again to be rewarded but overall Solved!!

    I'm having the same problem and sent a report a few times with no reply yet

      Support doesn't know whats happening either,  they just said it's a known problem and they made a bug report. Couple months back i couldn't even change my outfit, now I can't redeem the points I won. Absurd!

    Same here. Wanted a robot avatar. Stopped giving me points 3 days before the avatars were gone. Came on here hoping for a solution. When it comes to problems, Meta are masters at making them worse.

    Well this bug is back. Had some weird server error the other day, now can't earn points in the app. Cleared cache, data, reinstalled etc. Literally won't award any points at all.
