Deleted Account

This is a long shot but i would like to buy a quest 3 having previously owned a Quest and Quest 2. My issue is when I sold my Quest 2 a couple of years ago, i was going through a rough patch and deleted my Facebook as well.

I had a lot of purchased games on there so it was a silly thing to do, but my head wasn't on straight at the time.

The email, name etc is the same as this meta account I've created and I can of course provide other evidence if that helps.

I know it's a long shot, but is it all gone for good?

    We understand you've already created a new Meta account, which you're currently using. Unfortunately, it is not possible to recover purchases or content from a deleted Meta account, even with receipts. Deletion is irreversible and deletes all associated data, including apps, in-app purchases, and content.

     

    As previously stated, you have a certain amount of time to cancel a deletion request. After this time, it is unfortunately impossible to recover the purchases and content linked to the account.

     

    We understand that this may not be the answer you were expecting, but we remain available for any additional queries.

    Hi there Lotok82,

     

    Thank you for contacting us about your Meta account.

     

    As much as we'd love to help, deleted accounts can only be recovered within 30 days. Unfortunately, we're unable to recover your deleted account and its contents at this stage, however, you can create a new one with a different email address.

     

    To create a Meta account using your email address, you will need to provide:

    • Email address: You can only create one Meta account per email address.
    • First name and surname: We recommend using your real name in case you need to recover your account or manage your store purchases.
    • Date of birth: You need to be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age in your region) to set up and manage your own Meta account. If you are between 10 and 12 (or the applicable age in your region), then you need a Meta account that's managed by a parent or guardian.
    • Password: This must be at least eight characters long. Avoid passwords that someone could easily guess.

    Thanks, I already have a meta account created (I am posting on it). I did know it was a long shot, the issue was the purchases on the account, not the account itself. 

    I will still have the receipts for those purchases, could those be used to restore the library?

    I accidently delete my Meta Account today, is there any way to gain my delelted meta account?Kindly reply ASAP
