I bought Meta credits as to purchase a Contractors Showdown: Exfilzone dlc as on the Meta Horizon store it is clearly stated and listed as a option when viewing the main game and looking at the add-ons section. But when I select one of the DLCs, it doesn’t even have a purchase button, only a gift option. No, I do not own any of the DLCs and add-ons, only the base game.
Regardless if he can use Meta credits to buy the add-on or not - he can't - he should have a purchase button, or am I wrong?
AkkoEkko You say that you own the game, just to make sure..... have you bought the game with your account or do you use it through app sharing?
They only stopped giving free Meta Credits in Horizon+, that's all the Meta announcement says about them afaik. Horizon Worlds creators rely on them.

Not many Games support Meta Credits. Better to buy the DLC directly using credit card or PayPal etc.
Meta Credits were discontinued in March 2026, meaning they are no longer available as a form of payment in Horizon Worlds or other games. They were primarily used for purchasing items in Horizon Worlds, but very few games accepted them.

Not correct. We can still buy them from the Quest Store (click on the purple diamond icon in top right of the store page in headset).
