Sorry das ich in Deutsch schreibe mein Englisch ist nicht so gut. Ich habe folgendes Problem. Ich möchte Sidequest installieren und muss mich dazu einloggen. Mein Account läuft aber über meine E-Mail Adresse. Meta Quesst akzeptiert aber keine Bindestriche vor dem @. wer kann mir helfen?

No, you need a Sidequest account for the sideloaded Sidequest app I guess. It's not Meta's problem.

that's what's confusing me.
Does he have a Sidequest account with "Bindestrich" that isn't acceppted by the Quest?
And if so, why not making a new Sidequest account with a different email address without "Bindestrich"?
Sidequest has got nothing to do with Meta. You should be asking on the Sidequest website 🤷♂️.
