Elven Assassin

Suddenly game won't load. Instead it shows a universe similar environment with three white flushing dots. Any directions how to solve would be grateful.

    Hi there austcan, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand that you're having trouble loading a game and we'd love to help get you back to being an expert Elven Assassin! 

     

    Firstly, we would suggest making sure that your Quest and games are are updated to the latest software. Secondly, if your Quest and games are up to date we would suggest checking if the issue is happening with other games or apps. Thirdly, we would recommend uninstalling and then re-installing the game. 

     

    If after trying these steps, you are still experiencing issues, please let us know and we'll happily take a closer look for you.
