- Make sure the card’s status is Active. An active status indicates the card has been bought and is ready to be redeemed.
- Ensure you are in the same zone as the card was bought in. Gift cards cannot be bought in one zone and redeemed in another.
- If redeeming via the Meta Horizon mobile app, make sure it is up to date.
- Try restarting the Meta Horizon mobile app.
