Every time I try to buy a game it comes up with a message    We've noticed something unusual and, for your security, this request couldnt be completed. Please file an appeal to get your case review...

Hi PlayfulWren700​ 🙂

I had that message yesterday when  I tried to buy the new Beat Saber music pack from the mobile app..... however, I was able to buy it inside the headset. Maybe try that?
