Extremely complex game purchase center

Extremely complex game purchase center, rejects various payment methods and cards, too complex. Even with the help of agents, spent over 3 hours and in the end failed to purchase the game. The glasses work great, but it greatly reduces the experience in their store. Mostly, you lose the will to live and feel like screamingπŸ˜­πŸ˜ πŸ€―πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

  • It must be very frustrating!  I've not much experience of the problem and I use virtual cards which I change all the time, but a significant number of people do have problems. Check out the forum for this, maybe you can find a solution there, though not everyone has the same reason. I had an issue at the beginning which turned out to be my fault. I had switched off authorization for international payments and then forgot I did it. Sometimes the problem can be with Meta and sometimes with settings in your payment or financial services provider that causes this. Maybe double check it, or if you have a, spouse or partner try their card. I actually used my wife's before figuring out what my problem was. Good luck, I hope you get it fixed. ☘️ ☘️ 🀞 🀞 P.S.     It might be a glitch with your account. Try creating a new Meta account using a different email address on Meta's website. Then see if it will accept your payment method. If it does, you have two choices: you could either use the new account to gift games to your original account, or, you could factory reset the headset and then add your new (working) account to it.
