Facebook & Insta Login issue

I have a meta-quest 3. I can’t log into Facebook or Instagram. When I try to log into Instagram it says “unable to login. To login with a different Instagram account, add it to the same account Centre as your meta account.” But my account is linked and says so when I try to add it. 

I have a similar issue logging into facebook. Do I need to tweak some settings?

This has been happening ever since I’ve had the device. I’ve never been able to login to Facebook or Instagram.
