Family Center

I received an email that says to confirm your age or your account will be suspended. My son is the only user and has always used the primary account we set it up with. I followed the family center directions to create him his own account within the appropriate age, but all of his games are on the family account. How can he continue playing the games without losing his progress and purchases?

    Turn on app sharing on the headset, your son will have access to the library from the main account then.

    Turn on app sharing on Meta Quest

    Unfortunately, your son will lose his game progress. The game progress is tied to the account it was made with and it can't be transferred. So, in game purchases which he made with the primary account are lost too.

    I have this same problem. Ive spent over a thousand dollars on ingame purchasss and im so outraged that we could lose those things and his game progress. Its totally outrageous and treats me like money grows on trees. I dont have another thousand dollars to spend. Im so angry, and confused by the whole process!!!!
