Feet tracking software

It would be great if Meta for Oculus could develop a feet tracking software to go around your ankles so that you can do more hands and feet virtual workouts like dance dance revolution used to or be able in some games to hands, feet or both where you could also have games with feet  where things highlight in the ground in your space. Would make Meta even more immersive if lower body could also be more incorporated and connect with the Oculus. Would also be something more cost effective to more people who cannot afford the walking machines.
