Free trial bug/issue with meta quest 3

hey so i’ve used a free trial for a game called “Toss” a while ago and decided to purchase the full game a day ago and i’ve gotten an error saying that my free trial has ended for the game and that I need to purchase the full game to play it, when i’ve already bought it. When I click the “Purchase” option it takes me to the “Toss” app store page where it says “Launch” and when I click it I get the error so I’m basically thrown into a loop so I am very confused. I’ve tried clearing my cache, and data on the game and reinstalled it too but the issue is persisting and I’ve used a free trial on another game and have had the same free trial issue. I am very confused on what to do should I refund since I basically got scammed and cannot play the game that I paid for?
