Freezing issues in Horizon Worlds

Since the new avatars came in I have had  contants issues where everyone around me would just freeze for about 5 seconds every minute or so.  I would have to leave and come back in multiple times until it reduced the time it froze ruining conversations and overall experience.   Tried different headsets, even played on desktop mode, same result.  All the suggestions given to me by friends and the Meta team didn't work.  I looked one last time in my Router settings,  I noticed something  called IPV6  was enabled...I used AI to explain what this was about,  it even said that most Meta apps work better on the older system IVP4. Problem solved...just disable  IPV6.   Pretty much a year of having to cope with this crap.
