game data from quest 2 to 3

i got meta quest 3 and im wondering if i need to manualy transfer my data for a game that have a bunch of mods in that i dont want to reinstall because i did the blade and sorecry nomad nexus installer where you copy the mod from nexus and paste it into the installer and you get it and im wondering if i need to manualy put the files in or if they will auto go on
