A game I have called moto x, stays on a black screen forever and never opens, this happens every time they do a big update, the only way to fix this is by factory resetting. It only happens with moto x so I contacted the team and they said they’re was nothing wrong on they’re side, what do I do?
If it's only happening on this game, it's not your problem. It's the game. A couple of people wrote reviews where they had some issues but not black screen. If you have black screen on other apps then it's your device issue. As I said before, if it's just this game, then it's the game. Have you tried totally uninstalling and reinstalling it?
I have tried uninstalling, offloading, restarting the headset, everything, they said my moto x account was fine and nothing was wrong so idk gang
I assume all your other games are working fine, so it's definitely a problem with the game, no matter what the developer is saying. Did you write a review? Write a bad one and mention that the developer isn't responding or taking your problem seriously.
