Games are off-center when streaming to PC.

When streaming games to a PC, I've encountered the problem of games being off-center. As you can see from the screenshots above, it looks off-center on the display or even in the SteamVR View. This also occurs when utilizing Meta Quest 3's Virtual Desktop application. I've reset the device's factory settings, updated my PC's drivers, and removed and then reinstalled Steam and SteamVR. I have adjusted both the "display resolution" and the "scaling." I've uninstalled and reinstalled drivers in Device Manager and rolled back my GPU's drivers. The games are perfectly centered inside the Meta Quest 3. The issue appears to be with the display/TV. 

This issue no longer arises when casting to the TV or display. It is properly centered. Any other ideas on how to fix this problem?
