Games not appearing in library

I just recently got a Quest 3 and first week everything was working fine. But now since a few days ago when I redeem a game on Horizon + it says "Redeemed" but isn't appearing in my library for me to download it

    That wasn't working either. 

     

    Though I found the solution. It seems like my headset updated and when I fully turned it off then back on some icons looked different and it was all in my library.

    What about starting the download from the store.... either from the phone app or from the headset?

    Are you able to do that?
