Gorilla Tag- Toxic Reporting System and Unfair Bans

They're **bleep**. I was trying to get my 10 Y/O son reinstated, and they flat out told me that their decisions are final. They're seriously just a small and insignificant group of **bleep**. I told them we're going to delete, never to return. They're other game makers that will be glad to take his money.   

My son has been banned multiple times - I tried to log a request to get information about the ban - we even bought a bunch of tiny rocks on the same day, but their automatic response was all decisions are final and there's no path to finding that out, as it's all automated. Disappointing that they're happy to take money but not spend any on having a fair and transparent banning system.

My son is autistic and takes rules very seriously. He’s been banned twice from

this game for toxic behavior. That “toxic” behavior, was him saying “yay! That person for banned!” and saying, “Everyone report him for using cheats.”, because the game maker said cheats aren’t allowed and need to be reported. He had a full panic attack when he was banned for the second time this evening. I can’t even with this system. There should be actual evidence not just a bunch of bullies reporting for no reason.

My message to appeal the ban:
My account was banned for 2 weeks for "toxicity." Can someone explain to me why and how it was banned?? My kids who are 6 and 8 play. The mic is deactivated. I had to explain to my 6 and 8 year old kids what "KKK" and "n*gger" are because of other kids in this game.

Appeals often claim multiple reports from one individual or lobby, but our system effectively prevents such scenarios.
 In cases of mass report incidents from this account, bans are maintained to discourage this practice.
The auto-ban system considers the past 14 days of gameplay data, while our review process spans the last 30 days.  We thoroughly assess account history, previous bans, report consistency, and lobby involvement to identify potential errors.  If no evidence of an unjust ban is found, it remains in place.
Our decisions are final, and we cannot offer further advice on account behavior or how to avoid bans beyond following the game's Code of Conduct displayed in-game. 
We appreciate your understanding and compliance with our decision and game rules. Thank you for your cooperation.

A few weeks ago, my account was banned for 24 hours because some kid told my youngest to join a lobby with the code "KKK." I didn't appeal the ban at the time because I agree that this is something that should be censored, and it felt like a good lesson at the time. I explained why that code is bad, and also had to explain to them about the n word. I'm constantly hearing kids use the n word, and I tell my kids to report and mute whoever is saying it. This ban is for 2 weeks, and we have no idea what they did "wrong" to deserve it. This is a ridiculous system.

meta please don't ban me but I'm 11 and I agree with you because I get falsely banned from gorilla tag and when I get banned I just relax and wait until l am  unbanned

I am very disappointed with the reporting system.. my son is on the spectrum but absolutely loves playing  gorilla tag and he doesn't really notice when other kids are being mean to him or telling him to leave the room and they report him, me and my wife always cast and monitor his playing, and some of the stuff not reported is ridiculous, but he gets reported and banned and he just likes to play the game. The most non toxic child in the game. There is no way to tell this to a human moderator,  maybe an organized boycott to get the attention of the creators or moderators to revise the banning system robe more vetted.. appreciate any advice, or support.. I would be willing to help organize an in app purchase boycott for a day or 2 amongst parents..

how does someone get banned if they're not even speaking to people on this game

My nephew was banned for two weeks. This is despite his microphone being locked and turned off. How and why did he get banned for toxicity? This sounds ridiculous. The game admin should at least review the footage of why he was banned as he was a paying player.
