Gorilla Tag 0 players

I was recently banned on Gorilla Tag and now it's letting me go in but it says there's zero players online. I've looked everywhere online to find out what's going on and I've found some suggestions like restarting my router, closing the game and reopening and something about a meta update. I've tried everything except the update and it hasn't worked. I clicked the meta update link from the Gorilla Tag website but it just took me to my account where I was unable to find anything regarding an update. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I'd like to.avoid Uninstalling and reinstalling if at all possible. Thank you!

    Happening with me as well, there is alot of people having this issue. its prob a gtag thing they need to fix

    Hey there, Unusamor. We know how much of a let down it can be when logging onto a game you enjoy, just to find no one showing as online. We'd be glad to help out however we can! By the sounds of things, a reinstallation of the game would be a good step to take after the other troubleshooting you've tried out. Give that a shot and let us know how it turns out, if it doesn't help we'll look into what else we can try. We'll be looking forward to hearing from you!

      I have been having the same issue for the past 3 days now. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. I have even rebooted my router. Still same issue. It was suggested that I do a factory reset but I do not want to lose all my game saves. Is there any other option to resolve this issue?

      I tried reinstalling the game in gtag and it still says 0 players online and I can’t play with anyone

We understand how concerning this issue would be for the games community, we'd be glad to point you in the right direction for the next step to take that would avoid a factory reset. Reaching out to the Gorilla Tag Support Team would probably be a good step, as this issue seems to be more so on their side of things than ours. Hopefully this helps!

    I had this problem today and I just waited until an update and it fixed it, dont factory reset your headset its temporary.

      If i only need to update why does it always say zero players i cant even play with people the whole time ive played gorilla tag or any other game it always says failed to login to oculus which doesn't work nothing works i wish i never even asked for tjat stupid thing cause all it did was make me cry that my birthday present doesn't even work i hate meta quest

      By update do you mean an update in gorilla tag, or a software update on your meta quest?

    Did It Allow You To Join Any Public Servers? If not I know the problem and I know how to fix it.

      Is it not letting you in either and saying 0 players and not connected to a room?
