    I have updated my post with what worked for us. It was the long arms sticks we purchased from Amazon that seemed to affect the quest 3 controllers. The quest 3 controllers were redesigned without the circles and it affects the movement if you cover them in any way.

We understand that you are having some issues with Gorilla Tag on Quest 3S. We would love to look into this issue for you. Therefore, could you please answer to the following questions:

 

  1. Confirm that the app is being downloaded from a Meta platform. Side-loading and third-party platforms, such as Steam or SideQuest, are not supported by Meta Quest Support.
  2. Confirm that the app has been downloaded and installed on the headset.
  3. Are you able to launch other applications? Does the problem occur with more than one app?
  4. When did this start? Were any changes made?
  5. Is the Home Environment having any issues?

Once you have responded to the above questions, we will be able to look into it further.

    Hi there theartistisn,

     

    We just wanted to check in to see if you still needed help? @dhfdsgjg5ggfdddfffffdlllllllol mentioned that removing the long arms sticks from their controllers fixed the issue, so if you are using any 3rd party accessories, we would recommend removing them. (Thanks for sharing your solution, by the way!)
