Has anyone played Madison recently ?

This game is exactly the type I like. I've been reading older reviews of people really liking the game except it became virtually unplayable due to low memory crashes that might have been caused by a Quest update as earlier reviews were fine. So  I'm wondering if anyone is playing it now, and if it's working ok. Any information or advice would be appreciated ! Thank you !😁
