I recently purchased a Meta Quest 3 and I would like to ask if the Batman: Arkham Shadow game is included for free with my device, or if there's a way to claim it

It depends......
The promo of getting Batman for free with buying a Quest has been expired in all countries - except of US and Canada - in April 2025.
So, if you are not located there you must buy the game.
