help me pls i cant play games with this

So i have been playing games on my headset (quest 3) for about a year and a half. I have recently been experiencing a constant glitch where i will be playing a game for like 10 secconds and all of the sudden i crash and it says not enough memory to run (game). And this happens for all games i play. can you help
