help with add on

I was on NFL Pro Era. went the the in game store and clicked on the defense dlc. usually it takes me to the quest store to purchase and have me put in my pin. but it instantly purchased the dlc. i had no card on or meta points on my account. so how did it buy the dlc? I checked my purchase history and its not there. I searched the DLC in the store and it says i have not purchased it. So how do i have access to it? i even deleted and reinstalled the game in case it was a glitch but no it still says purchased? checked my bank account and no money was taken out either.
