i havent use my oculus since 2022 and all of my accounts are gone and i cant play games . I tried to reset it but it wont work i need help

Was that still an Oculus account?
All Oculus accounts that weren't migrated to Meta account by March 2024 got deleted.
People received warning mails about this date and I believe, they even got a mail with a code to recover their games from the deleted account.
You might talk to support to see if there is anything what they can do to help you.

I have the same issue.
I got the email about migrating to Meta and I did, I even downloaded the app and checked if everything is there.
I changed my PC about 6 months ago and now decided to go back to VR.
Logged to my Meta account and everything is gone. It did ask me to create this new profile though... Is this a problem? I am the original Oculus Rift owner.Ignis_Fatuus if you have created a NEW account, then you'll probably have two Meta accounts now - which is not a problem - but only the account that migrated from Oculus to Meta have your games on it.
You should talk to support to help you sort that out.

The oculus rift and quest only support crosspurchasing for certain applications, that could potentially be the problem you're facing here. If not I'm happy to help you brainstorm further.
Tri_Point I'm not sure this is about cross-buy games.
He said he changed his PC and after he logged in - in the PC app where he bought his stuff - his games are gone. He also said he created another account.
I think, it's most likely an account issue..... he is using not the account which has the games on it. 😉
