Help

Every time I try and buy something it always says request can not be completed until further action

    or by sending a PM MetaStoreHelp​ here in the forum.

    Click on their name, then click the "message" button.

    Some users found a workaround by creating a second account and use this one to gift games to their main account..... unfortunately, it doesn't work for everyone.

    same problem here ... Meta is not capable of solving the problem and will keep you going in circles for a long time, believe me Your nightmare is only just beginning...

    I've looked through dozens of posts on Reddit and none of the solutions. Meta is solely responsible.
    It's sad that such a large company can't even provide service to its customers.
