Horizon+ subscription different

Hi out of all my friends and family that are currently using Quest 3 and have purchased a subscription for Horizon+ monthly games only my account is different. I don't get any free Meta credits and there are no other perks or a perk section. I do have access to the 2 monthly games as well as the other games under the main section but my friends all have a couple more sections of free games and discounts available to them .when I asked about this support said that not all accounts get the same benefits!? That seems like I'm getti g ripped off as I'm paying the same amount and getting less. Can anyone explain this ?

    The perks are apparently given out randomly. I don't think it's fair, either, when everyone is paying the same price. In my country, it would be violating the consumer rights.

    Yes, it seems to be very random. Sometimes I get credits for stuff like avatars which I'm not bothered about anyway. I'm more interested in the free games and for $60 a year I've already gotten a lot more than that with the monthly games. However I do agree the benefits should be for everyone if you're paying the same price as everyone.
