Hy my name is Mayson it’s been a while sins I tried logging in my vr account but then I saw that they stopped my account. I don’t really know why because it’s been so long and I don’t get any info why only when. Pls help
If your account was an old Oculus account, you were sent emails from Meta quite a while back when the new Meta accounts were launched, telling you that you had to migrate your account to Meta before January 2023 or you would lose your old account and games. In case you missed that deadline, there was a code in the email you can use to recover your games. If you can't find that old email and code, it's not possible to recover your purchases.
