How on earth do you get in contact with Meta for a refund?

Had a subscription for golf+ renew, sent over 4 emails to the PayPal reccomended contact to ask for refund, never got one reply. Now I realise there's a place on the account to request one, but the two weeks have expired and I cannot do it. Played 0 hours of this game and got no warning of subs

cription renewal (I think this is deliberate). Been in 100 circles trying to just find a way to contact meta.
