I’m locked out and I don’t remember putting a password

So basically what happened is I tried to link my headset to my phone and it said I need to factory reset but I didn’t want to like lose my account so when I didn’t want to it just reset in my VR through I think through my phone and and I thought I was gonna be a simple problem because I thought I was gonna sign me back into my account and stuff, but I need my email and I’m not logged into my email since it needs a verification and I cannot do the verification unless on my mom’s because my mom has my computer and I tried doing it on my phone and I thought I solved it but it keeps logging in to my sister’s VR even though I have a 3S and she has the Meta quest two and I have no idea why he keeps logging and to her account even though I don’t really want to log out your account because I don’t wanna mess things up for her and when I tried to put in my username on the Meta Horizon app, it says I need a password and I tried every single password I could think of, but it still didn’t work and I remembered I think I remembered the email for it and like as I said earlier about my mom has my computer and stuff and it has the email on it and I tried using one of my old emails that I thought I signed in with it but it’s making a new account and if I tried to pair my VR to it, it’s gonna connect to my sister‘s account even though we do not have the same VR and she’s like not with me right now so please just at least give me advice. I don’t know what to do. This started happening at like what five or four I don’t remember, but just someone please try to help me.
