I am Bird not loading

Hi all, My son has been playing I am Bird since Christmas.

The game has not stopped loading, all the other games/apps are still loading fine.

I have gone through all the trouble shooting suggestions I have found online and it still won't launch.

When I open the app the I am Bird photo comes up but it won't move on from there.

I have tried to contact Meta support but it won't connect me to a help chat.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

    Try if uninstalling and reinstalling can solve the issue.

    If cloud backup is enabled, your son won't lose his game progress.

    If this doesn't help, maybe try to load an earlier save game - your son will lose some of his progress by doing that.

    Left from the game name is a little arrow, it'll expand if you tab on it and give you some other save games which you can load.

      The game is working fine on my daughter's Quest 3.

      First, go to Settings->General->Storage and select the game, then "clear app data".

      If that doesn't fix it, then do as Choleni​  suggested and use the cloud backup page to load an earlier save game. If that doesn't fix it, uninstall the game, restart headset, then reinstall the game.

        Hi steve_40​, I have just cleared the app data and it is now loading again but we have had to start from the beginning again. Thanks for the info.

        BetLewMed67​  You weren't able to start the game with any of the save games? That's sad..... but at least you have it running again👍🙂
