Not having the bat logo doesn't necessarily mean that you don't have it, I bought mine in Germany in April this year, no logo but got it as the promotion was still available. However, that offer is now no longer available, there is some Gorilla tag offer I think. It's unfortunate for you as if you had got a device with the bat logo you would have got it even after the offer ended. There is a possibility if the seller said specifically Batman was included you might still get it. However if it's not shown as available, you won't get it. Sorry for that. 😒

I'm still gonna try contacting the Meta support. I had bought the device at full price so I thought I would be given it as the promotional offer was the same price. If they are not very helpful then I will refund the device and buy it later when the logo ones are restocked.

Definitely give it a try. You never know, and keep an eye out for ones with the bat on it. You should also check your original sales invoice or if you any screenshot of the page you purchased it. If the bat is on that you should definitely get it. Good luck!! 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🍀

The Canada Meta page says for the Batman game "while supplies last", so I don't think there will come new boxes with that logo.
Those offers are always only available for a certain time......
