I can't connect Meta App with my Oculus go

I am having issues connecting my Oculus Go with Meta Horizon app.

(1) I have reset my Oculus Go to factory settings.
(2) I tried connecting Oculus Go with Meta Horizon app but I am getting stuck on the "Watch Video" related to Health and Safety.  I can't seem to load the videos.  I tried on Android and iOS devices but same results.
(3) Due to the issue above, I am not able to complete my setup.  
(4) I tried contacting Meta but my serial number for Oculus go is not recognized so I am not able to reach anyone regarding this issue.

I realize that Meta is no longer supporting Oculus Go but since I paid a lot money for my device, I would like to use it if possible.

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
