I requested a refund but I don’t know how to connect back with them

How to find: Located beside your Avatar Profile. - Current alias/username (starts with “@”)
How to find: On your Meta app, go to Menu → Profile (top section). - Email address linked to your account
How to find: On your Meta Quest app, go to Menu → Account Centers → Personal Details. - Title of the game or bundle purchased
How to find: Check your Purchase History in the Meta Quest app.
Once we have these details, we’ll proceed to check your account and assist you further with your refund request.
