Included game w/purchase

So, I finally decided to upgrade to the Q3.  I didn’t even realized it’s until I got home that my headset included Batman:  Arkham Shadow.  Awesome.  Well, after a couple hours, I still cannot figure out how to find it.  I’ve redeemed stuff in the past, so I know where I should be looking.  However, I can’t redeem it from the store, it’s not in my, digital content, not in my library, literally nowhere.

Anyone else run into this?

    Hey there,

We saw your post and wanted to lend a hand!

Upgrading your Meta Quest Headset can be very exciting, especially when the headset comes with the new Batman Arkham Shadow game! Although as you've mentioned you cannot redeem the game and for that we would be happy to provide you with the assistance needed so you can go back into the Metaverse and enjoy the games we all love, before we can provide any assistance we would need you to reach out to us privately so we can gather some basic information first! • I ran into something similar when a game was bundled with hardware and it turned out the license was tied to the headset activation, not a manual redeem, so first thing I’d check is that you’re logged into the exact same Meta account you used during Q3 setup and then look under Library filters for “Included” or try restarting the headset after a full sync, because sometimes it only appears after the backend finishes linking it. If it still doesn’t show, support can usually flip the entitlement pretty fast once they see the serial. It’s basically about clarity and transparency, knowing what you’re entitled to and where to find it. Hopefully Meta sorts it quickly, because once it pops into your library it usually just works and stays there.
