On 25.09 I bought virtual reality goggles Meta Quest 3 in Media Markt in the Netherlands, then in the evening I check and find out that with each purchased goggles get a copy of Batman Arkham Shadow and would like to know if it is possible to send me a code to play?

This game is released on the 22nd of October after the release of the Meta Quest 3s.
If the device you bought had not previously stated it comes with this bundle upon purchase, we cannot provide you with a code for this game.
Yea I think that’s a little bs I bought the MQ3 a while ago too especially when I’m sorry but there were really no good games for it the assassins creed was buggy/laggy the free game it came with was not fun or simple but now ur releasing a new Franchise type of game which is gonna be big and ur also stating that people who buy these devices are defaulted to the game nothing really about people waiting for the Batman game to come out then buy the headset? If your defaulting the game to a Meta quest 3 original which comes with the device please put it on all of them. It would be so unfair to half the community that bought the meta quest 3 and still have to pay 40-50 bucks per game just to try it.
Hi meta quest I bought my quest 3 on December on Christmas Day and I got Asgards. Wrath 2 is it still possible to get Batman Arkham shadow for free just asking .

We're afraid it's not possible to get Batman Arkham Shadow for free unless you purchase a Quest 3 or 3S.

Hello Meta, does the Arkham Shadow bundle apply to refurbished devices? I recently got a refurbished Meta Quest 3 (128GB) and thought I got emailed a referral code before setting it up but now I don’t see a way to find it anymore. Maybe I’m mistaken?

I believe that this offer is only available to new Meta Quest 3/3S devices. After double checking the Terms which can be found here, it seems like a refurbished device would not qualify unfortunately.

I suggest you contact Amazon support and see if they will help with this, maybe give you a partial refund or something. Amazon often uses the same product descriptions for all their products but probably should supply info about differences with refurbished units imho. I guess if you saved more by buying refurbished than the cost of this game, then you're still ahead, lol!
I think that it really socks that I upgraded to a quest 3 on September 9th just because I understood that the batman game was gonna be a quest exclusive! And then I literally find out a week later that the game would be a free promotion. IM ABSOLUTELY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN META!
