add the Kaleido qvest app from Kaleido VR developer to the Meta Horizon store

No. It's not your app to add.
why?
You're not the developer, so you can't request store placement. It's like trying to get your neighbor's kid enrolled in school without telling the parents or like emailing Netflix to upload a movie you saw on YouTube.
Meta can't add an app just because you want it. That's not how stores work - otherwise the Quest store would look like a teenager's Steam wishlist.
Only the developer can do that. Pretty straightforward.
