Lag and stutter on steam vr games.

Hello, first off all my pc specs are AMD ryzen 7 9800, nvidea 5080 32gb vram. I bought the quest 3s a couple days ago to play ets2 and MSFS24. Now i started ets2 but it's unplayeble because of stutters and lag. I use Meta link with cable connection 2.8 on the test cable. My pc is connected with ethernetcable and my vr goggles with wifi. I think the problem is more in the settings then my pc. I also thought my wifi is not strong enough. Maybe someone can help me here, i tryed alot of different settings i found on YouTube but nothing seems to help.

Even on 72, 80, 90hz. The problem still occurse. Halfcap the frames does not help and lowering the in-game graphics. I'm totally lost.

    NVIDIA driver problem, RTX 50 series still have issues sadly, but look like NVIDIA doesn't really care.

    We saw you're having some trouble with lag while playing in PCVR. We'd like to let you know that at this time, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50-series is not supported by the Meta Quest Link app. 

    We know this isn't ideal for your situation, but we hope this provides some clarity as to why you might be experiencing some issues.
