Lost purchased apps

Hello, I had Espire 1 and Zero Caliber: Reloaded installed from my Horizon+ Subscription.  I liked them and purchased the Espire Ultimate Stealth Collection which included Espire 1 and Espire 2.  I also purchased the Ultimate Zero Caliber Bundle which included Zero Caliber: Reloaded and Zero Caliber 2.  Later I decided to cancel my Horizon+ subscription which removed access to the two apps I had installed above.  I then went to the Meta Horizon Store and the bundles say I have version 2 of the above apps installed, but I have to purchase version 1 again.  I purchased both bundles, so I should not have to re-purchase half the bundles again.  Please help.  I can't find any phone number to call and this is kind of a complicated subject to search or explain.  Thank you.

  • Hi Ru_Le πŸ™‚

When you purchased the bundle, you already "owned" the first version of the games with your subscription.
Normally, the price is reduced if you already own one of the games in a bundle.
Actually you payed only for version 2.
Means, without the subscription you have to buy the first version.

Thank you for this information.  I didn't see it that way until I logged out of Meta and then looked at the price for both in the bundles.  When logged on to Meta it already removes some of the bundle cost if you already own one version or the other like you say, but logged out, it doesn't know what you own.  I guess I thought I was getting a really good deal buying the bundle so cheap, then later I would own them both if I dropped the subscription, as I did.  Thanks again.πŸ‘πŸ˜ƒ
