I’ve had this happen before with VR media apps. I’d first try uninstalling and reinstalling the Media Player app, check for any hidden system updates, and make sure the video files themselves are compatible. Sometimes the issue is just a corrupted cache that a reinstall clears.
How you can uninstall MEDIA PLAYER? As far as I know it's system app which are unable to be deleted and it's hidden from the app list too.
