    Only way to view said video you have to download the video.

      We understand how frustrating it can be when your videos aren’t showing up in the Meta Horizon app gallery, especially when you're excited to relive those amazing VR moments. The good news is that you're still able to view them after downloading, but we want to help make the experience smoother and more enjoyable for you.

       

      Here are a few steps that can often resolve this issue and also provide helpful info to Meta if the problem continues:

       

      • Update the app: Head to your device’s app store and make sure you’re using the latest version of Meta Horizon. Updates often include important bug fixes and performance improvements.
      • Reinstall the app: Sometimes, uninstalling and reinstalling the app can clear out any corrupted data or outdated files that might be causing trouble.
      • Check your internet connection: If you're syncing videos from your headset, make sure both your headset and phone are connected to the same strong Wi-Fi network—ideally a 5 GHz band for faster syncing.
      • Confirm headset sync status: Videos will only sync when your headset is turned on and idle. If you're actively using another app, syncing might pause or fail.
