Meta Horizon app won’t download iOS 26.

After upgrading to an iPhone 17 Pro Max and restoring my phone from a back-up to iOS 26, the Meta Horizon app will not download/restore. I haven’t had this issue with any other apps, and it updated without issue on my iPhone 15 pro and my wife’s 16 pro max. I haven’t checked and went through the entire Apple resolution chain to include a complete factory reset of the phone. 

please help!
