Meta Horizon Retry

When I try to open my Meta Horizon App it will open and then immediately switch to a screen with a retry button. Hitting retry doesn’t do anything. I have tried everything google advised to. I have switched from WiFi to Cellular. Cleared cache and data. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Checked for updates. After reinstalling it lets me in for about 40 seconds before it immediately switches back to the retry button screen. I checked the website for server status which says up and functioning. Tried all of these steps on my iPhone, my son’s android and my husbands android to have the same problem. Is anyone else having this issue? Or does anyone have any other suggestions?

    Yes me too so annoying getting that retry button using android Horizon app, I hope someone has a workaround that they could share?

    I had this this morning but it was only after a power outage with the wifi switching off. As it's connected to the device with Bluetooth, I was thinking wifi doesn't matter. The app then connected to the device using Bluetooth even though there was no wifi. I think a bug appeared in the app when  it updated recently. I got a new update on Google play store this morning and it's been ok since then for me. You'll probably get an app update to fix it soon.
