Meta Pay: Unable to make in-game purchases
I am unable to make in-game purchases for Gardens of Time.
- When attempting to make a purchase, I receive a notification that there has been unusual activity, and that it is not possible to make a purchase.
- I have not made a purchase in quite some time and there is no record of any transactions [failed or otherwise] with meta pay.
- The notification also indicates that I can request an account review.
I have contacted Meta Pay/Support 3 times over the last month for an account review.
- My account information is up-to-date and valid.
- I have provided the information requested for the review.
Unfortunately, the responses have been:
- This is not the right department to contact.
- There are payment issues for your country.
I also leveraged the 800 number on the meta pay support Facebook page. That number is not in service.
Has anyone experienced this or a similar issue? And how was it resolved?
