my old Oculus account was never migrated so I can’t sign in anymore.
But I bought The Walking Dead Saints & Sinners while my Facebook account was linked to my Oculus account.
The purchase should appear on my Facebook commerce history.
I’ve already created a new Meta account, so I need you to transfer my Facebook-linked entitlement for this game to my new Meta account.
There were warnings to update your Oculus account before April 2024, and everything would be lost. I ignored the email warnings but just managed to do it in time. It was easy to miss. As the account is deleted it will disappear from everywhere. Hopefully someone will contact you from here and find your purchase. You have the evidence of the purchase on FB, so they should try to get it fixed. Good luck! 🤞🤞🤞🤞
Only thing I just thought off, they cannot access any Facebook accounts from here. Might be a good idea to attach a screenshot of your purchase maybe, to help your situation.
