Microphone Quit Working

A few days ago my microphone quit working in POPULATION:ONE.  Tried all settings in POP:ONE and in the Quest II headset.  Everything seems to be set up properly, but does not work.  Even Pop:One asks if OK to use the microphone etc and I say "Yes".  I hate to factory reset the headset and lose many settings / apps.

Any suggestions/ideas?

    Chances are a factory reset won't help. I have a Q2 and a Q3S with the same problem. Both don't work even after doing all the suggested actions from Meta, including a factory reset. 

    I'm curious if your headset records your voice in the camera app when you record a video. Try that and see what happens.
